  18. There is no such function in Standard C. You may have noted that this is
  19. a C newsgroup...not a linux discussion forum. Then again you may not have
  20. been mindful of that since you expect us to e-mail you directly with the
  21. answer rather than having the common courtesy to watch for a response in
  22. here in comp.lang.c.
